Dare I hope (for a 2nd time!) that the fatigue corner has been turned.
I got in an evening stomp ‘round the harbour after smashing my EP sesh at @balancedbodieslifestyleclinic earlier in the arvo with increased weights 🙌🏻.
My nausea and ice-cream headache are much lessened too, but still lingering.
Ticking off the hopes pinned on acupuncture.
